Camping heaters or camping gas stoves with open flames must not be used in enclosed spaces. During gas combustion, oxygen is consumed and fumes could be produced. That is why you should never use such equipment in closed rooms!
Catalytic heaters pose no such problems in large rooms from 40 m3 and continuous ventilation of 100 cm3. They are often used as heaters in spring and autumn in well-ventilated caravan tents.
Catalytic gas heaters should always have a safety valve. Equipped with overheating protection and automatic tilt protection the devices will switch off automatically.
Open gas radiant heaters may only be used outdoors.
