How to find spare parts in our online shop
Identify product by Reimo article number
If you bought your camping accessory or campervan conversion part in our online shop, in our Camping Megastore or from one of our dealers, things are simple: by using the Reimo article number (in the invoice or on the packaging) you can find the product by searching in our online shop.
Identify product by manufacturer article number
If you have bought a product elsewhere in a specialist shop, you would have to try to find out the manufacturer's article number. This should not be a problem with the major brand manufacturers. Products can usually be found easily on their websites.
Otherwise, please try online or by phone at your point of sale.
Search m Reimo-Shop with manufacturer number
In our online shop you have the possibility to search for the article number of the manufacturer at different places. Within the shop categories there is an input field "Manufacturer article number".
You can use this for example in the categories Thetford spare parts, Truma spare parts or Alde Montage & Ersatzteile.
Spare parts display in item details in the Reimo Shop
For many motorhome and caravan articles we have stored the spare parts in the form of a list. This list is displayed in the article detail view below the description. If available, a schematic diagram or exploded view is shown in which the individual parts are numbered and assigned to the spare parts in the list. You can order directly in the list via the shopping cart symbol.
We do not always have all caravan and motorhome spare parts in stock! Some spare parts are also only ordered after an order has been placed. So we only order from the manufacturer when you order these parts in the shop.
We ask for your understanding that due to the abundance of possible spare parts for different types of motorhomes or caravans we cannot keep everything in stock.
If the spare part number is already known
Perhaps you already know the manufacturer's article number of the required motorhome spare part. The number could be listed in the manual or you could find it on the company's homepage. You can find out the corresponding Reimo number by clicking the button below. Please use the field "Manufacturer article no." on the search page.
Request for spare parts
If nothing is found via the search, we may not even have included the part in question in our article stock yet. In this case, it is best to send an enquiry by e-mail to a Reimo dealer near you, who will then order the spare part for you. Indicate as precisely as possible what you need: Manufacturer, spare part number, number and name of the product for which a spare part is needed, possibly date of purchase or date of manufacture.
