The patented locking device of the handles allows safest handling during cooking. It must be folded so that it closes with the lid for storage or rinsing in the dishwasher and does not take up more space than a plate.
Heat conductivity
Aluminium is an excellent heat conductor. 3x higher conductivity than cast iron, 5x higher conductivity than iron, 9x higher conductivity than stainless steel. A non-stick aluminium cookware is therefore very energy saving.
