With the help of the pressure equalization tank, the water flows quietly and constantly, without pulsating or splashing. By reducing the on and off time, the life of the water pump is extended and the battery of the vehicle is conserved. The water pump does not turn on when the water draw is low. The pressure compensation tank can be mounted in any position. Air is trapped in the flexible membrane under constant pressure. With the help of a bicycle pump, the air pressure can be adjusted as desired. It is optimal if the pressure of the compensation tank (1.2 bar preset) is close to the re-start pressure of the water pump. The pressure compensation tank does not require its own power supply and is suitable for all pressurized water systems.
