Weather-resistant, primerless assembly adhesive overpaintable, high final strength.


Application

Sikaflex®-554 is suitable for joints exposed to dynamic loads. Suitable substrates are metals, especially aluminum, metal primers,

paints, sheet steel, ceramic materials and plastics. Sikaflex®-554 shows good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates with little pretreatment.

Consider manufacturer's recommendations before using Sikaflex®-554 on materials subject to stress cracking. Preliminary tests must be carried out with original materials to avoid stress cracking.

This product is suitable for experienced users only. To ensure adhesion and material compatibility, preliminary tests must be carried out with original materials under the respective conditions.  

  • Scope of delivery:
    • 1 300 ml cartridge of adhesive
    • Content in litres: 0.3 l

    EUH 211 : Warning! Hazardous respirable droplets may be formed when sprayed. Do not breathe spray or mist.
    EUH 208 : Contains Trimethoxyvinylsilan. May produce an allergic reaction.
